Ventura may put tattoo parlor restrictions on hold
A recent federal appeals court decision has thrown a wrench into Ventura’s plans to regulate tattoo parlors. The Ventura City Council on Monday was scheduled to consider new rules regulating where future tattoo parlors and body piercing businesses could operate in town, but City Attorney Ariel Calonne has recommended the vote be postponed for further analysis.
